Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BlogKub ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit the website www.blogkub.com and use our Blogger theme builder. We treat privacy as a priority and designed the service to run client-side, so that we collect as little personal data as necessary.

In short: all of your theme design work is saved in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to our server. We have no membership system, ask for no user account, ask for no card details, and do not sell your personal data.

1. Scope and data controller

This policy covers all use of the BlogKub website and tool. For the purposes of Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), BlogKub acts as the "data controller" for the limited data involved in operating the website. If you contact us through the channels provided, we process only the data needed to reply to you.

2. Information we collect

2.1 The work you create in the tool

When you use the BlogKub Builder to design a theme, your project (such as text, colors, fonts, block layout, and settings) is saved in your browser's localStorage on your device so you can come back and keep editing. This data stays entirely on your device, is not uploaded to us, and you can delete it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.

2.2 Technical data collected automatically

As with any website, when you visit, our infrastructure and hosting providers may automatically log technical data such as your IP address (which may be truncated), browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, referrer, and the time of the visit. This is used for security, attack prevention, diagnosing problems, and keeping the system stable.

2.3 Information you give us directly

If you contact us by email or through social channels, we receive the information you choose to give, such as your name, email, and the content of your message, which we use only to reply and improve the service.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies and browser storage technologies (such as localStorage) for the following purposes:

Essential cookies: make the site and tool work, such as remembering the work in progress and your light/dark theme setting.
Functional cookies: remember the settings you choose, for a consistent experience.
Analytics cookies: if enabled, help us understand aggregate, anonymous usage.
Advertising cookies: if ads are shown, ad providers may use cookies as described in section 4.

5. Third-party services and international transfers

Hosting and network (CDN) providers, to deliver pages quickly and securely.
Google Fonts, for the typefaces used to render the pages.
Source code repository providers, to store and publish the website.

These providers may receive basic technical data (such as your IP) as part of how the internet normally works, and may process data on servers outside your country, under each provider's own privacy policy and data protection measures.

6. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process data only as needed for the following purposes, relying on legal bases under the PDPA such as legitimate interest, legal compliance, and your consent where required:

Providing the website and tool and keeping them working.
Maintaining security and preventing fraud and misuse.
Analyzing aggregate usage to improve content and features.
Responding to questions or requests you send us.

7. Disclosure of data

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose data only where necessary, such as to the providers who help operate the website in section 5, where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of us and our users.

8. Data retention

Your project data stays in your browser until you delete it yourself. Technical log data is kept only for a reasonable period as needed for security and system maintenance, then deleted or made non-identifiable.

9. Your rights under the PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have rights over your personal data, including:

The right to access and obtain a copy of your data.
The right to request correction so your data is accurate and current.
The right to request deletion or destruction of your data.
The right to object to or restrict processing.
The right to withdraw consent, and the right to data portability.
The right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

Because your project data is on your own device, you control most of it directly through your browser. To exercise any additional right, please contact us through the channels in section 13.

10. Data security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and because your project data is not sent to us, the server-side risk is naturally low. We use reasonable measures to protect data. That said, no system is 100% secure, so we recommend that you also keep your own device and browser secure.

11. Children's privacy

Our service is for general users and is not intended to collect data from children specifically. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the service, technology, or legal requirements change, noting the last updated date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you acknowledge the revised policy.
